Mother Nature uses a two step process to purify air. Electric discharge from lightning creates Ozone & Ions. Ozone is nature's most effect oxidizer of airborne contaminants. Ions are electronically charged molecules that drop particles from the air. The Airwise creates a Natural Air Cleansing Process in your indoor environment.

The Airwise produces ozone (03) by combining 3 or more oxygen atoms together into a highly charged oxidizing molecule. Since these activated oxygen (03) molecules are unstable, they attach themselves to pollutants and neutralize or oxidize them. Bacteria, viruses, fungus, molds, mildew and most organic odors are also oxidized. The remaining ozone (03) then breaks down into normal oxygen (02).

The Airwise also uses electrical discharge, like that found in the natural occurrence of lightning, to produce ions needed to settle out airborne particulates. These newly charged ions have a magnetic effect on airborne pollutants. Positive and negative ions are attracted to each other, they pull together, collide and cluster. These clusters of molecules/particulates grow heavier and settle to the floor. Thus, the Airwise effectively reduces the airborne particulates that you are breathing in your home or office.
