Two part cap

I have had to replace the cap on this machine three times now. It is a two part system and seems to not do very well with the pressures of grinding nuts and sprouted grains. Even when I have ran the nuts and sprouts through a blender first, the pressure on crushing them more fine seems to pop the outer part loose from the inner. And that's where the treads are located...in the outer piece. Still a good machine for juicing. Love the large screen vs the Omega of a similar design.

I recently bought your gb9001 juicer and within a few weeks of purchase this part broke. When I called to have it replaced, I found your customer service disappointing. First.....how about some actual customer care in your communication? How about......We're sorry or sorry to hear about that. Then, you offered to replace it but I have to pay the shipping which is more than the part.
Then, you send the wrong piece......I ordered ivory and the smoked color came. Not a big deal...the part works fine but careless.
I do love this juicer. It would be nice to have customer caring humans communicating in your office as well.

So far this drum cap has been great. I hope the quality of the material has improved because I had the old model drum cap (white color) and withing just one year of intense use, it has cracked.
It fits better than the old one and it it fits with the small parts as well.

Product fits, and works, though so far I haven't stressed it much.
The strange "smoked" color makes it look like it might've survived a warehouse fire - why would they do that? but so far hasn't crumbled under usage.
The service was excellent, though - literally arrived two days after I submitted the online order. Kudos for that.
