Ezzeak Tea is known as a blood purifier.   Burdock Root, the main herb in the formula, is considered the best natural blood purifier.

Ezziak tea original formulation contained four herbs – Burdock Root, Sheep Sorrel, Slippery Elm Bark, and Turkish (Indian) Rhubarb Root.  Ezzeak (Original Formula) introduced Watercress into the formulation to counteract oxalic acid, which is found in the original four herbs. Oxalic acid has been linked to kidney stones or other severe kidney problems. In 1994 Dr. Maclean (Ezzeak Plus) added Cat’s Claw to the formula to help strengthen the immune system.
