We’ve had our Samson juicer for something like 10 years and have only had to replace the odd part every now and then. It’s fab being able to replace individual parts when needed, receive excellent service and get the juicer back in action in no time!

I have had my Samson juicer for 10 years. I recently replaced the juicing nozzle and drum cap for the first time. This a quality product and reasonably priced, I highly recommend Samson.

The service was prompt and courteous. The warranty was flawless, and they were true to their words. Even though they thought they were all out of the piece I needed, they put in extra effort in seeing what they could do, and not long after I placed my order, all the pieces were there when it arrived :)
