Generally, products may be returned within 30 days of purchase.  Prior to returning, please call 800-728-1238 or email mackn99@yahoo.com for a Return Authorization Number (RAN).  All items must be returned to 95 Golden Hill Rd., Danbury, CT 06811 in original condition regardless of original shipping location. 

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Customers are also responsible for "actual" original shipping costs (including pre-paid taxes, duties and brokerage for International. If an item is deemed defective, contact the manufacturer for warranty services.  Pressing Cloths and Bags that have been used are not refundable.)  Ionizers Filters that have been used are not refundable.  Sprouts and opened supplements are not refundable.
