This is original manufacturers replacement GASKET ONLY used where the flour selector attaches to the mill. This is supplied by SAMAP and It is identical to those shipped with new mills. The flour selector is the path for the flour from the milling chamber to the collection mechanism, normally a jar. The fabric air filter also mounts on the flour selector.
