The new Auger made all of the difference

My Samson juicer was not working as it should. I juice celery daily and the pulp kept getting stuck in the machine. It was so aggravating as I would need to clean it just to get all of the pulp out while still juicing. Once I received my new Auger, my juicer worked like a charm. No pulp is left in the machine, it all comes out the nozzle as it should. Now juicing is so much easier.

My Samson GB-9100 is 21 years old and it has seen a lot of juicing. Over the years I have replaced several teepee cones and about a year ago I upgraded to the scoop cones and new drum.
Recently I purchased the shinny black advanced auger to replace my worn out old green auger but, I didn't order a new drum thinking I didn't need it since I was already using the scoop cones. It ended up that the new auger didn't work with my previously upgraded drum that I was using with the scoop cones so I needed to order a new drum for the auger.
The new auger seems to work better than the old green auger. I love my Samson juicer and I am happy that I can still order parts for such an old juicer.

The Auger is working fine. The original Auger over heated with the drum, so the drum "fused" onto the back of the auger. Therefore, I needed to replace both. I guess it was my fault for not noticing the drum becoming loose during the juicing process???
