Return Policy

Generally, products may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Prior to returning, please call 800-728-1238 or email [email protected] for a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
All items must be returned to 95 Golden Hill Rd., Danbury, CT 06811 in original condition regardless of original shipping location.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Customers are responsible for "actual" original shipping costs (including pre-paid taxes, duties and brokerage for International.
If an item is deemed defective, contact the manufacturer for warranty services.
Pressing Cloths and Bags that have been used are not refundable.)
