I have only dehydrated apples in my dehydrator so far, but I like it a lot. The digital timer and temp and on/off are on the top front which makes it easy to read and use. I like the stainless steel trays,( glad no aluminum.)
It is a quiet functioning unit, for some reason when it said silent dehydrator, I actually thought it wouldn't make any noise, but there is some, but not bothersome. Looking forward to drying veggies.

We received the machine recently and have used to to dry 9 trays of Fuji apples, they came out completely dehydrated in 10 hrs, 124 degrees. Didn't have to rotate the shelves and the machine turned off with the timer. Happy with the unit. Wish it came with some sheets to make fruit leather, but the machine would then be more expensive. Easy to setup and is quieter than our older dehydrator. Liking it thus far.

I absolutely love this dehydrator, very quiet. The only problem I have, is the door is a little hard to close sometimes, when full. I have to pull bottom out a bit but not too bad.
