Santos 18, prefect machine

If you like good bread and pizza, this machine is a must. Works eay, and after installing a rubber o ring very silent. The cover had a harmonic that worked on my nerves, but as said, just one O ring did the trick.
temperature control of the dough is easy by adjusting the brake ( brake must break in a bit, but does that rapidly)
