Instructions for use:

1.    Boil caps for 10 minutes.

2.    Turn of burner and keep in hot water.

3.    Fill sterilized beer, soda or wine bottle with hot juice from juicer, keep rim clean.

4.    Select proper cap size from hot water (#2 for beer and soda, #3 for wine)

5.    Place cap on mouth of bottle and work just over the rim of the mouth.

6.    Pinch the cap and push gently down at the same time, air from the bottle will escape allowing cap to cover mouth and neck portion.

7.    Set aside on heat resistant surface and allow to cool for 12 hours.  Vacuum seal will develop during that time.

8.    For any bottles that do not seal keep bottle in refrigerator and consume within a few days.
