This compact
Yogurt Maker makes delicious, natural, preservative-free yogurt from fresh, full,
low-fat, non-fat or UHT milk. The ME72
is designed for ease of use. Simply open
and place a 1 quart carton of your favorite milk into the center chamber, add
your choice yogurt starter, power up the unit and 8-12 hours later you have
yogurt. You can substitute a glass or plastic container measuring about 3 1/8" Diameter x 9.5" High in place of a milk carton.
