Put milk into the one quart container, stir in some plain yogurt, put the
container in the outer shell and add boiling water. Let it sit at room temperature for 10 hours
and you have great tasting yogurt. The
insulated, sealed outer shell maintains uniform temperature to make a
consistent yogurt texture. There are only 4 parts, it is easy to clean and
store. It is all BPA Free.
You can use one quart of whole, low fat or skim milk
