The Schnitzer 1112 manual stone mill uses two Naxos-basalt and Magnesite millstones for grinding grains. This compact Schnitzer mill easily adjusts for fineness and catches your ground flour in a removable 12 ounce container. Two clamps are included for securing the mill to your work surface. This compact mill is great for smaller amounts of flower or other grindings.

Overview

All dry wheat-sized grains or smaller can be used with fine or coarsest settings.
Oily seeds can also be ground alone with medium to coarse settings, or with fine setting when mixed with equal amounts of wheat or rye.
